We’ve invested heavily in IT infrastructure to maximise our efficiency and provide customers with a sleek and trustworthy service. In particular, our use of JobLogic, a powerful digital job reporting system, enables us to deliver an even more responsive and controllable service to customers.
Our commitment to investing in our staff training and development is deeply-rooted. We believe that recruiting the best people, treating them well and giving them every opportunity to improve their skills and attributes leads directly to excellence in customer service. All our staff, whether technical or not, undertake regular training and refresher courses.
Our team of installation engineers are all certified to a minimum of City and Guilds NVQ2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning including F Gas and IPAF, and all hold relevant CSCS Health and Safety qualifications. They are also trained in and abide by our safe working and handling methods, adhering to our high standards of installation and commissioning practice.
Our Health and Safety policy is both extensive and effective. We’re CHAS accredited and we uphold these safe working practices at all times. All our operators and sub-contractors carry a copy of policies in their work vehicles along with safety data sheets for all gases they may come into contact with.
